Okta SSO Integration

Shelters and municipal agencies with managed IT often standardize on an identity provider. Pet Friend supports Okta single sign-on (SSO), so your staff and volunteers sign in to Pet Friend through Okta instead of maintaining yet another username and password.

What Okta SSO gives you

• One login. Team members authenticate through your existing Okta identity — no separate Pet Friend password to manage or reset.
• Central control. Grant or revoke access from Okta. When someone leaves, removing them in your identity provider removes their access to Pet Friend.
• Stronger security. Inherit your organization's MFA and password policies instead of relying on per-app credentials.
