The Tasks area keeps your team on the same page — and it can even create the routine work for you. Here's how it works.

Your whole to-do list, in one view — with tabs for My Tasks, Pending, Overdue, and Completed, and a live count on each.

To create a task, you click New Task.

Give it a name and some details, pick who it's for, and set the due date and the priority. Save, and it's on the board.

Everyone marks their own work along the way — pending, in progress, done. And when a whole round is finished, Complete All clears it in one click.

Now the real time-saver — Workflows. This is where the routine work creates itself.

You define the routine once — the morning feeding round, kennel cleaning, medication rounds — set how often it repeats, and choose who the tasks go to. Or start from one of these templates.

From then on, Pet Friend generates those tasks automatically, right on schedule. You can even see how many it created for you today.
