Pet Friend has a lightweight e-signature tool built right in. You build a form or upload your own document, send it by email or text, and the signed PDF files itself onto the record. Here's the whole loop.
This is the Forms page. Your forms sit up here — and every signature request you've sent is tracked below, as sent, viewed, or signed.
To build one, you click New Form. Name it — say, Owner Surrender Agreement — and pick a category.
Then add your questions, one at a time — short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, yes or no, dates, numbers, even a signature field. Mark the important ones required, and reorder them any time.
Now for the special part. In the form's settings, you can attach a document to sign — a PDF, or a Word file, which converts to PDF automatically. The signer reviews it right on the signing page.
And you choose where the signature lands. Drag the signature box onto the exact spot on the page — or leave it off, and the signature goes on a tidy certificate page at the end.
Sending happens from the record it belongs to. On an animal, an adoption, a case, or a citation, you click Request Signature.
Send the signing link by email or by text — or hand them your tablet with Sign on this device. That one works even before your email is set up.
The moment they sign, they're sent a receipt with their signed copy — and one merged, signed PDF files itself onto the record, complete with a certificate page recording who signed, and when.
