Let's walk an animal all the way to its happy ending — from a hopeful application, to a signed contract, to a finished adoption.

Applications come in from your website, or your staff enter them here, and you review and approve them right in this tab.

When you're ready to finalize, you open the adoption. You pick the animal and the adopter, and the contract fills itself in — their details, and your fee.

Here's the full contract, built from the template you set up under Admin — so every adopter agrees to the very same terms.

If the adopter is standing right there with you, they simply sign on screen, with a finger or a mouse, and you're done.

But if they're finishing up at home, you don't have to wait around. You just turn on, send documents to sign remotely.

Then you choose what to send — the adoption contract, and any custom forms you've built — and Pet Friend emails or texts the adopter a secure signing link. Each signature drops right back onto the record.

Once it's signed, you collect the fee, and the outcome is recorded on the spot — the animal is marked adopted, and their kennel opens back up.

Adoption is just one kind of ending. From the same area, you can place an animal in foster, transfer to a partner rescue, or handle a return to its owner.

And every finished outcome is saved to a complete, searchable history — where you can print an adoption certificate any time.
