Text Messaging (SMS)

Pet Friend can send reminders and updates by text message, and setting it up takes just two steps.

First, an administrator switches on text messaging in the organization settings.

Then, right here in notification rules, you choose which events send a text. For each alert, you just tick the channel you want — in-app, email, or text message.

And one important rule keeps you compliant — texts only ever go to people who've opted in. Anyone who replies with the word stop is never messaged again, so your contacts always stay in control.
