This is the Animals area — home to every pet in your care, from the moment they arrive to the day they go home. Let me show you how you'll actually work in here.

The Animal Manager lists everyone — each animal with their photo, their status, and their kennel, at a glance.

Need to find someone? This search box matches names, breeds, microchip numbers, even the owner. Type a few letters, and the list narrows as you go.

And these cards up top are filters too. One click shows you just the dogs, just the cats, or everyone who's ready for adoption.

When a new animal arrives, here's your starting point — New Intake, up in the top right.

The intake form is broken into friendly steps — basics, physical, medical, origin, and photos — and it finishes with Complete Intake. There's a whole video walking through it, just below in this guide.

Got a whole litter? Litter and Group Intake takes them all in at once — creating linked records that share a mother, an intake date, and details.

And any time, click an animal to open their full story — the whole medical history, care logs, photos, and documents, together on one page.
